Overview
Nashville Nail Bar ships handmade press-on nail sets and beauty accessories nationwide within the United States. All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before shipment.
Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on order weight and size.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order ships, not when it is placed. Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order directly through USPS at usps.com.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nashville Nail Bar is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately via email at thenashvillenailbar@gmail.com before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nashville Nail Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with USPS to locate your shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@nashvillenailbar.co. We will review each case individually and at our discretion may offer a replacement.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently available. All orders ship via USPS.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. US orders only.
