All Sales Final

All purchases from Nashville Nail Bar are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products including press-on nail sets, cuticle oil pens, hair clips, or any other items purchased at events or through our online store.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are handmade and made to order. Each nail set is custom built to your specifications and cannot be restocked or resold once it leaves our hands.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@nashvillenailbar.co. We will review each situation individually and at our discretion may offer a replacement or store credit. This does not apply to damage occurring after receipt or due to improper application or removal.
